Important information about participating in a Club activity:

Anybody participating in any of our activities will need to read and sign our waiver form. You can print it and bring it to the activity, or the event leader will ensure copies are available before the activity begins. (If you are a current member, you will have already signed this form).

We strongly recommend you read our checklists and Trip Planning sections on the resources page to make sure you are properly equipped and able to enjoy the activity. We encourage women of all fitness levels to participate in VOCW activities, however, if you are unsure what to expect, please check with the contact person for the difficulty level of the activity.
